Refund policy
All sales are final. No returns on custom orders, items on sale, or those purchased with a gift card.
The intent is for you to be completed satisfied with your order. Although sales are final, reasonable attempts will be made to remedy any unforeseen issues with your purchase.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and email onebynaturellc@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- In limited instances, requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds may be reviewed. To be considered, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Note: Natural materials, especially seashells, can be very delicate. Even with years of experience, it is possible for an item to break during the delivery, design, and return process. While every attempt will be made to ensure your piece is handled with care, you should be aware of the risk.

Refunds
If it is decided to issue a refund, you will be notified of the approval after the item is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
