1. The minimum order is $75 and could go up depending on the complexity of the design.
   
2. You submit a picture of your piece, a description of what look you're going for, and your preferred timeline for receipt of the finished piece and preferrably 1-2 picture examples of designs or styles to OnebyNaturellc@gmail.com.
   
3. Style options are presented back to you via email or virtual meeting, if needed.
   
4. Upon agreement of price, timing and design, you purchase your design and mail the piece at your own expense.
   
5. The $75 is non-refundable and covers the design, creation, and materials, and basic return shipping associated with your piece.

You should expect 2-3 weeks from the time the scope of work is defined to the delivery of the final piece. Expediting may be possible for an additional $25 plus shipping, but it is dependent on the piece, and it is not guaranteed.

You celebrate your new ability to preserve that notable moment and harness it into a reflection of your adventurous experience that you can hold on to for life.

Natural materials, especially seashells can be very delicate. Even with years of experience, it is possible for an item to break during the delivery, design, return process. While every attempt will be made to ensure your piece is handled with care, you should be aware of the risk.
